When we use any mechanical product, we need to debug it so that it can perform its work ability in a stable state. So how to debug the centrifugal fan?
1. The fan allows full-voltage start or reduced-voltage electric, but it should be noted that the current at full-voltage start is about 5-7 times the rated current, and the reduced-voltage starting torque is proportional to the square of the voltage. When the grid capacity is insufficient, Choose reduced voltage start.
2. During the test run of the centrifugal fan, you should carefully read the product manual to check whether the wiring method is consistent with the wiring diagram; you should carefully check whether the operating voltage of the power supply to the fan meets the requirements, whether the power supply lacks phase or the same phase, and the power distribution components Whether the capacity meets the requirements.
3. During the test run, there are no less than two people. One person controls the power supply, and the other observes the working condition of the fan. If abnormal phenomena are found, stop and check immediately; first check whether the rotation direction is correct; after the fan starts to work, check whether the working current of each phase is balanced, Whether the current exceeds the rated current; if there is any abnormality, stop and check. After working for five minutes, stop the machine to check if there is any abnormality in the fan, and then start the machine after admitting that there is no abnormality.
4. When the two-speed fan is tested, start at low speed first to check whether the direction of rotation is correct; when starting at high speed, you must wait for the fan to stop before starting to prevent high-speed reverse rotation, which may cause the switch to trip and damage the motor.
5. When the fan reaches the normal speed, measure whether the input current of the fan is normal, and the operating current of the centrifugal fan cannot exceed its rated current. If the operating current exceeds its rated current, check whether the supplied voltage is normal.
6. The motor power required by the fan refers to the greater power required for centrifugal fans and fan cases when the air inlet is fully opened under certain working conditions. If the air inlet is fully opened for work, the motor may be damaged. When the fan is tested, close the valve on the fan inlet or outlet pipe, gradually open the valve after work, and stop at the required working condition, and pay attention to whether the fan's working current exceeds the rated current.
